Description of services and when they are usually required

A recorded map showing the condominium units and common area. The map includes both horizontal and vertical measurements of the units, and includes area calculations. The map references a legal declaration document.  The State of Colorado requires that the map meet the requirements for a Land Survey Plat and therefore includes a boundary survey.  Site improvements are also reflected on the map.

Notes:

1. Attorney must review the map for accuracy and to confirm that there are no inconsistencies with the Condominium Declaration.
2. Prior to printing mylar, all signatories must confirm that the style, spelling, and representative title are accurate.
